I understand the profound impact that narcissistic abuse and Complex post-traumatic stress (CPTSD) can have on your life. My work with survivors and thrivers hasn’t come by accident.  I’ve grown up with narcissists and worked for them. I have had the honor to work with some of the most beautiful and courageous people. For 22 years people have safely shared with me their struggles and triumphs. They are the true badasses of the world.

I am no stranger to healing using alternative and complementary therapies.  I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of how the mind works, especially the subconscious mind, as well as, helping people use the parts of themselves which are already fluent in calming their mind and nervous system.   Even if you don’t believe that part of you exists, I am here to let you know that it is and I can help you connect with it.

Understanding Your Experience

Narcissistic abuse can be a complex and isolating experience. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you can openly discuss what you’ve been through. Together, we’ll work to:

  • Validate your experience and emotions
  • Understand the dynamics of narcissistic abuse, including the covert type.
  • Develop healthy coping mechanisms
  • Rebuild your self-esteem
  • Set boundaries in your relationships

My Approach

My therapeutic approaches include: (You do not have to use all of them if you don’t want to.)

  • Hypnotherapy – de-hypnotizing you from belief systems that you were given by the abuser, or even just about your own inner critic and overthinking.
  • EFT/Tapping – Emotional Freedom Technique can help relieve you of the beliefs that you hold within your mind and body and help defuse them, so to speak.  Then we place positive statements in which you can continue on your own in order to form better belief systems.
  • Reiki – helps calm the mind and body as it helps smooth out the jagged edges, so to speak. 
  • Reconnective Healing – This healing modality is always done virtually or after a session.  It does work better the further apart we are.

A Note on Covert Abuse

Many survivors I work with have experienced covert narcissistic abuse. This type of abuse can be even more insidious as it’s often veiled in manipulation and emotional neglect. I often recognize the signs of covert abuse and help you navigate the healing process.
